A: We do not yet have a tutorial for motor replacement. However, a novice should not have a problem.
1) Remove bottom cover. See instructions in Q&A; on product page
2) Remove landing gear for motor requiring replacement
3) Remove screws for motor
4) Unplug motor from main circuit board
5) Pull motor off by fishing wire through arm of drone
6) Replace motor by following these steps in reverse
