Shipping Transit Times
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Vertigo Drones an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Not all orders are eligible for advertised shipping time-frames. In the event we downgrade a shipping method due to size, weight, contents or other circumstance, we will choose the fastest method possible utilizing the upgraded shipping charges provided by the customer. In any case we will make our best effort to ship every order and have it arrive in the projected time-frame.
Also due to new regulations, LiPo batteries may not be eligible for Expedited or Priority shipping. However, this determination will be made on a case by case basis from a multitude of variables at the time of shipment.
International Shipping
International orders have to guaranteed shipping time-frames. A shipping method can be chosen during checkout and price to your destination calculated as part of the order total. We may change your carrier in the event an alternative will increase the speed your shipment or provide a better service to the destination. The buyer assumes all liability for shipments contents conforming to their local laws and regulations and any fees associated with its transition from the USA to their respective country.
Free Shipping
All orders shipped to the United States are eligible for free shipping when the cart total exceeds $25. Free shipping orders are processed after those with upgraded Expedited and Priority shipping which may cause a delay during peak operations.
Wholesale
All wholesale orders will be shipped utilizing standard shipping unless otherwise negotiated. Standard shipping times vary but are typically 1-6 business days. We will upgrade wholesale shipping only by request and additional shipping charges may apply.
