The DJI P4 Multispectral simplifies the process of capturing data that provides insight into crop health and vegetation management. Featuring a 27 minute flight time and a 4.35 mile (7km) transmission range, farmers can cover vast portions of fields and identify problem spots.

Collecting agricultural imagery is now more efficient with a built in stabilized imaging system that gathers comprehensive data. Information collected by 1 RGB camera and a multispectral camera array with 5 other cameras covering Green, Red, Blue, Red Edge and Near Infrared bands all at 2 megapixels with global shutter. With a 3-axis stabilized gimbal you can now collect all the information you need in a short amount of time.
Built-In Spectral Sunlight Sensor for Best Results
The built-in spectral sunlight sensor on the top of the drone identifies solar irradiance. This helps maximize accuracy and allows for consistent data collection through different points of the day. When combined with post-processed data this information helps to gather the most accurate NDVI (normalized difference vegetation index) results.
Important Data at Your Disposal
Having aerial imagery is not enough for agricultural professionals who need to know more. With the P4 Multispectral you can switch between RGB and NDVI for a preliminary analysis. Using the live feed you can identify the problem areas where attention is needed.
Super Precision Flight
Real-time accurate positioning data captured by all 6 cameras provides centimeter-level accuracy. DJI's TimeSync system continually aligns the flight controller, RGB and NB cameras, as well as the RTK module - fixing the positioning data to center the CMOS to ensure each photo uses the most accurate metadata. All 6 cameras go through a meticulous calibration process where radial and tangential lens distortions are measured. The distortion parameters gathered are saved in each photo's metadata, allowing post-processing software to adjust uniquely for every shot.
D-RTK 2 Mobile Station and NTRIP Compatibility
Enhance the accuracy of RTK positioning without internet connection by connecting the P4 Multispectral to the D-RTK 2 High Precision GNSS Mobile Station and NTRIP (Network Transport of RTCM via Internet Protocol)2, or store the satellite observation data to be used for Post Processed Kinematics (PPK).

Precision Agriculture
